New IAEA report indicative of increased efforts by mullahs' regime to acquire nuclear weapons

NCRI - According to the new IAEA report, the religious dictatorship ruling Iran has tripled the speed of uranium enrichment to 20% level and currently disposes of around 110 kilograms of 20% enriched uranium. The said uranium was produced mostly in the city of Qom, where some 700 centrifuges are currently working.

According to the same report, 2600 new centrifuges have been installed in Natanz during the last three months, with the number of cascades increased from 37 to 52 since November. The report affirms that the mullahs' regime currently disposes of 5451 kilograms of 5% enriched uranium.

NCRI - The day after futile mission of IAEA inspectors who were refused to visit Iranian regime’s nuclear sites, Khamenei, the mullahs’ Supreme Leader, underscored once again the regime’s resolve to continue nuclear projects. While deceitfully calling production of nuclear weapons program as scientific progress, he said:

“Scientific progresses, especially the nuclear branch, should be pursued strongly and seriously.”

Comprehensive sanctions are urgent and necessary; however, the final solution is the regime change by the Iranian people and their resistance

NCRI - Ahmadinejad, the President of the religious fascim ruling Iran, on Wednesday February 15th in an obvious confrontation with the international community and in violation of UN Security Council resolutions, announced installing nuclear fuel rods in Tehran reactor and making the Fardo site operational.

As the Iranian resistance has warned many times, the decaying mullahs' regime, worried of their overthrow and a repeat of Arab Spring, has intensified its efforts to obtain nuclear bomb.

NCRI - The Iranian resistance welcomes the signing into law of the increased sanctions bill including against the mullahs' regime Central Bank by the US President and considers it a necessary step to counter this regime's efforts to obtain nuclear weapon and flagrant human rights violations in Iran. By a complete oil embargo against this regime, the most important source for financing mullahs' regime drive for nuclear bomb, suppression, weapons of mass destruction and support for international terrorism must be cut.
