NCRI - The Federal Court in Malaysia will hear on June 30 the appeal brought by an Iranian, who is wanted by the Thai government over the 2012 bomb blasts in Bangkok which injured 5 people.

 

A Court in Kuala Lumpur, had on June 25, 2012, issued an order for Masoud Sedaghat Zadeh, 33, to be extradited to Thailand.

Masoud Sedaghat Zadeh was one of the five Iranian bomb suspects, identified by police. He was arrested on in Kuala Lumpur in February 2012 while trying to board a flight to Tehran.

Another Iranian national, Saeed Moradi lost both his legs when a grenade he threw at pursuing police officers bounced off a tree and back at him.

The bombers were armed with professional-grade explosives hidden in portable radios.
