The report said temporary workers launched a strike on February 26 to protest a lack of response to their demand for permanent contracts.
During this time, some of the regime’s provincial officials and suppressive forces have tried to threaten or intimidate the employees to end their strike but were met with further resistance by the workers.
The workers chanted slogans both in Azeri and Farsi to press for their demands.
