Iran Protests on Saturday and Sunday
Today, under the significant observation of security forces, retired personnel of Homa Airlines marched and protested against the transfer of the Homa Pension Fund to the State Pension Fund, a move that will further deprive them of their rights and demands.
Today, according to the latest reports from inside Iran, retirees and pensioners in Isfahan, Qazvin, Arak, and Kermanshah Steel Pension Funds gathered in front of the Social Security Office of their provinces to protest low wages and pensions, supplementary insurance problems, and poor living conditions.

In Tehran, members of the Water and Sewerage Cooperative held a protest rally in front of the Islamshahr courthouse on Saturday, March 5, protesting the Judiciary’s failure to address their complaints and grievances.
On Saturday, March 5, truck drivers staged a rally at the Khomeini port terminal, protesting to lack of cargo and long delays.
Abadan Petrochemical workers continued their rally on Saturday, protesting the violation of their rights by the company’s authorities. The gathering took place while the CEO of Petrochemical is in Tehran.

International Conference on International Women’s Day
On the eve of International Women’s Day, on Saturday, March 5, 2022, an international conference was held in Berlin, featuring prominent political personalities and women’s rights activists from around the globe. The conference was connected online to Ashraf 3 in Albania and hundreds of other locations around the world.
The speakers honored International Women’s Day and supported the struggles of women worldwide, especially the resistance of Iranian women for freedom, equal rights, and elimination of unjust discrimination. They also praised the resistance of the women of Ukraine.
Final Appeals Court Session in Belgium of Iranian Regime’s 2018 Bomb Plot
An appeals court in Antwerp, Belgium, held its final session on Friday, March 4, for Iranian regime terrorists involved in the foiled 2018 bombing plot targeting the Iranian Resistance rally held just north of Paris. In this hearing, lawyers presented their conclusions following remarks from bomb experts. The final court ruling will be issued on April 20.
Assadollah Assadi, the Iranian regime’s diplomat-terrorist, has been sentenced to 20 years in prison for his direction in the plot and transferring the explosives from Tehran to Europe in a diplomatic pouch on a passenger flight. He turned down an opportunity to request for appeal, accepting the initial sentence to thus save the mullahs’ regime further disgrace.
Jailed Dervish Activist Denied Medical Access Despite Deteriorating Condition
Despite the deteriorating condition of prisoner of conscience Mostafa Abdi his father says he was prevented from being transferred from prison to a hospital after contracting Covid-19. Mostafa Abdi is a member of Iran’s Gonabadi Dervish religious minority and editor of a news outlet focused on the Gonabadi dervish community.
Hassan Abdi, father to the jailed dervish activist tweeted on Friday, March 4, that his son has been in prison for 1,474 days without a single day of leave and that he should be taken to hospital immediately due to his poor physical condition.
Kurd Political Prisoner Denied Leave and Family Visits Because of Media Reports on His Hunger Strike
Political prisoner Houshmand Alipour has been deprived of his right to leave and visit because of the media coverage of his hunger strike in Sanandaj Prison.
Under the pressure from the Intelligence Department of Kurdistan, Khosravi Zadeh, the judge in charge of Sanandaj Prison, and the head of the prison informed Houshmand Alipour that since the issue of his hunger strike had been reported in the media, they could not grant him leave and he could not have visitations with his family.
