Rebellious Youth Conduct 40 Operations Across Iran in Support of Nationwide Uprising

Including the Targeting of 17 Basij and IRGC Centers

In support of the nationwide uprising and commemorating the anniversaries of the December 2017 uprising (December 28) and the 2009 Ashura uprising, rebellious youths conducted 40 audacious operations in Tehran and 25 other cities, even as the clerical regime and its Revolutionary Guards remained on high alert to suppress the nationwide uprising. These operations targeted centers of suppression and symbols of the clerical regime in cities including Mashhad, Isfahan, Karaj, Qom, Qazvin, Hamadan, Kerman, Zanjan, Yazd, Dezful, Izeh, Khorramshahr, Mahshahr, Chabahar, Damghan, Masjed Soleyman, Azna, Khorramabad, Aligudarz, Langarud, Bandar Abbas, Gonabad, Homashahr (Isfahan), Zahedan, and Dorud. The targets included:

• Seventeen bases and centers of the IRGC’s Basij force in Tehran, Mashhad, Isfahan, Aligudarz, Kerman, Qazvin, Hamadan, Dezful, Karaj, Khorramshahr, Mahshahr, Chabahar, and Langarud.
• Seven government centers of plunder and suppression in Tehran, Qom, Mashhad, Zanjan, and Isfahan.
• Three Ministry of Intelligence posts used for espionage and recruiting informants in Khorramabad, Zahedan, and Dorud.

Additionally, banners, billboards, and images of regime leaders, including Khomeini, Khamenei, and Qasem Soleimani, were set on fire in Isfahan, Mashhad, Yazd, Izeh, Tehran, Damghan, Masjed Soleyman, Azna, Aligudarz, and Bandar Abbas. These actions, accompanied by slogans such as ‘Death to Khamenei’ and ‘Death to the principle of Velayat-e Faqih,’ constituted a fiery response to the religious dictatorship and a renewal of the covenant with the martyrs of the uprising.
