NCRI – The Iranian regime has cut off the hand of a prisoner at Kermanshah’s central prison, according to the state-run ISNA on Wednesday.
According to the news agency, during the implementation of the cruel and inhumane punishment, under a mullahs’ court order, other prisoners were forced to gather and watch in order to “learn a lesson.”
