The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Sunday, October 3, 2021, that the COVID-19 death toll in 547 cities had exceeded 447,100. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 104,796, Khorasan Razavi 36,765, Isfahan 3,0030, Khuzestan 27,405, Mazandaran 16,655, Fars 16,059, West Azerbaijan 16,053, Gilan 15,670, Alborz 13,098, Kerman 11,857, Golestan 10,035, Hamedan 8,393, Central Province 8,173, Kermanshah 8,054, Kurdistan 7,092, Zanjan 4,310, Ilam 4,248, and Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad 3,224.
