Execution of 7 prisoners on 4 November 2026 in Ghezel Hesar, Ahvaz, and Semnan prisons
The mullahs’ regime executioners, in a savage crime this morning, executed and hanged 27-year-old political prisoner Mohammad Aref Shahbakhsh, from the village of Qaleh-Bid in Taftan, in Zahedan prison.
According to the regime’s judiciary, Mohammad Aref was an “element associated” with Jaish al-Adl who had been sentenced to death on “charges of rebellion and waging war against God through an armed attack on the Qaleh-Bid police station in Khash County” (Mizan website- 7 November 2026). He was arrested by the Intelligence Department in September 2024 while traveling to Iranshahr and transferred to Zahedan.
Meanwhile, the anti-human mullahs’ regime, which views its survival as solely dependent on intensifying repression and executions, hanged at least 7 prisoners in Ahvaz, Semnan, and Ghezel Hesar prisons on Monday, 4 November 2026.
The Iranian Resistance, while firmly condemning the execution of Mohammad Aref Shahbakhsh, once again calls for urgent action by the United Nations and human rights organizations to stop executions in Iran and for an international fact-finding mission to visit the mullahs’ regime’s prisons and meet with prisoners, especially political prisoners.
