Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll Exceeds 336,800

Coronavirus fatalities in 547 cities had exceeded 336,800.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Saturday, July 24, 2021, that the Coronavirus fatalities in 547 cities had exceeded 336,800.

• Nader Tavakoli, the spokesperson for the National Coronavirus Combat Taskforce (NCCT): We have not had such an experience in Tehran in the past 16 months. We do not have a precise estimate of how long this increasing pattern will continue. 60% of the hospital beds are allocated to COVID-19 patients, and still, we have been unable to overcome the situation. The number of victims in Tehran has reached 78,526, Isfahan 22,825, Khuzestan 21,426, Khorasan Razavi 20,425, Mazandaran 13,025, Fars 11,417, Alborz 9,683, Sistan and Baluchestan 9,276, Kerman 8,183, Golestan 7,885, Central Province 6,878, Yazd 5,772, Hormozgan 5,580, Semnan 5,390, Bushehr 3,804, Ilam 3,501, South Khorasan 3,101, and Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari 2,735.
