Iran: 10 Executions in a Single Day on Tuesday, April 15, Including a Juvenile Offender
47 Executions in 7 Days, Including 17 Baluch Compatriots

Ali Khamenei, the Iranian regime’s Leader — often referred to as the “turbaned Zahhak” (a reference to a mythical tyrant who feeds on the blood of the youth) continues his brutal reign from Pasteur Street in Tehran. His crisis-ridden regime cannot survive even a single day without resorting to executions and bloodshed. Khamenei’s executioners sent 10 prisoners to the gallows on Tuesday, April 15 alone, and 47 prisoners over the course of seven days (April 9 to April 15), 17 of whom were Baluch compatriots.

On April 15, Mehdi Motavali, a 20-year-old executed in Arak who was under 18 at the time of the alleged offense, along with Ayoub Barniayi, 37; Peyman Naderi and Karim Esmaeili in Bandar Abbas; Abubakr Shahbakhsh, 36, and Rahim Rahimnejad in Kerman; and Ali Fazadoustiani, Ali Shahi, Sajad Yarahmadi, and Majid Rouhi in Karaj Central Prison, were all executed.

On Monday, April 14, Saeed Abbasi was executed in Kermanshah, Ahmad Baqlani in Borazjan, and three Baluch political prisoners — Ali Dahani, 22; Rouhollah Moradian; and Ali Baluchzehi — were hanged in Zahedan.

On Sunday, April 13, Allah-Nazar Gorgij, Abdolsalam Baluch-Mashkanti, 28, and Fereydoun Mohammadi, all Baluch compatriots, were executed in Zahedan. On Saturday, April 12, six prisoners were executed: four Baluch citizens — Majid Lojei, 36; Ramin Aalizehi, 38; Davoud Shahoozehi; and Bashir Ahmad Rigi — in Zahedan, and Rabi’ Shahmorad, 27, and Vasim Ahmad in Qazvin.
