From Sunday, November 9, to Tuesday, November 11, various cities in Iran were the scene of widespread protests by different segments of the population against the oppression and plunder of the clerical regime. These ranged from families of prisoners and a nationwide campaign against executions to massive gatherings of workers, retirees, and defrauded investors.
On Tuesday, November 11, 2025:
- Coinciding with the ‘No to Execution Tuesdays ‘ nationwide hunger strike campaign, which took place for the 94th consecutive week in 54 prisons, the families of political prisoners gathered in front of the regime’s judiciary in Tehran. Holding pictures of their loved ones, they demanded an end to torture and executions and the immediate and unconditional release of political prisoners, chanting, ‘Political prisoners must be freed.’ This protest was met with a brutal attack by suppressive forces, who beat the families.
