NCRI – The Iranian regime’s import of 10,000 taxi kits has provided China with huge profits but has harmed the domestic auto industry, a member of the regime’s parliament has declared.
Sharif Hosseini, member of the Industry Commission at the Iranian regime’s parliament said: “Importing the taxis in form of CKD (kits to be assembled) will harm the country’s productions. The parts are imported from China and montaged in Iran, restricting the benefit of companies like Iran-Khodro and SAIPA.”
It has been more than two years that China is importing poor quality goods to Iran, in exchange for oil. This has caused many internal production units to shutdown.
