NCRI – Six on death row prisoners of conscience pass their day 15 of their hunger strike while in solitary confinement in Evin Prison.
The Sunni prisoners are identified as Mamusta Kaveh Veisi, Mokhtar Rahimi, Kaveh Sharifi, Behrouz Shahnazari, Taleb Maleki and Shahram Ahmadi.
The prison officials have cut off their communications after they had reported of their critical situation in prison and all have so far been prohibited of any visits.
Their families worry that they will be executed after the month of Muharram passes.
Muharram is the first month of the Islamic calendar. It is one of the four sacred months of the year.
