State-affiliated Clerics Explain About Khamenei’s Real Concern

New-Project-1

Following the Iranian regime Supreme Leader’s insistence to push the “Explanatory Jihad” campaign, state-affiliated clerics made clear the regime’s main grievances.

The state-run Mehr news agency wrote on March 16: “The head of the Central Council of the Combatant Clergy Association stressed at the meeting that the hypocrites (the Iranian regime’s acronym for the Mujahedin-e-Khalq Organization) sometimes use the internet to create suspicions (about the state) and attract millions of people. Therefore, we must make everything clear for the youth and the people and strive for enlightenment.”

According to the IRGC-run Fars news agency, Abdolhossein Khosropanah, a member of the Qom Seminary said: “Explanatory Jihad” is a tool to deal with cognitive warfare. We are faced with cognitive warfare, and it is a kind of soft warfare. A battalion in this cognitive warfare are the hypocrites who are sitting behind their computers in Albania and constantly raise doubts in order to shake the minds of the youth about the values, the revolution, and Islam.”

Alireza Panaihan, head of Ali Khamenei’s “think tank for universities” also said: “We must have the required qualities for jihad. In military jihad, you should not be afraid. You have to sacrifice your life. In explanatory jihad, you have to sacrifice your reputation. It is not possible for you to maintain your reputation and at the same time uncover the hypocrites’ crimes.”

FoxNews-logoDozens of House Republicans are backing a resolution disapproving of any new nuclear deal with Iran amid the Russia-Ukraine war and following a recent Iranian missile attack near a U.S. consulate.

“A renewed JCPOA would increase the risk of a nuclear Iran, enrich terrorists and destabilize the entire region. All that aside, the process in Vienna would be a deal-breaker for any normal administration,” Republican Study Committee (RSC) Chairman Jim Banks, R-Ind., who is leading the resolution, said.

Iran Defies Western Powers With Work on Near Weapons-grade Uranium

VIENNA, March 16 (Reuters) – Iran has defied Western powers by converting some of its uranium enriched to near weapons-grade into a formless easily recovered, diluted, and shipped out of the country, a report by the U.N. nuclear watchdog on Wednesday showed.

The move is unlikely to wreck indirect talks between Iran and the United States to revive the 2015 Iran nuclear deal but it will make it harder to implement any resulting agreement to return to the limits on Iran’s stock of enriched uranium.

At the beginning of spring and the Iranian New Year, Nowruz, allow me first to pray for peace and security in the world and freedom and democracy in Iran. This conference comes as the war in Ukraine and the plight of its people have shocked the world. Iran’s ruling mullahs have openly supported the invasion of Ukraine and the killing of innocent civilians. In contrast, the Iranian Resistance and the people of Iran have sided with the people of Ukraine.

Chaharshanbe Suri or the Scarlet Wednesday is an Iranian tradition festival celebrated by the people on Tuesday evening—on the eve of the last Wednesday of the Persian year. It is also the first festivity of the Nowruz celebrations festival.

A novel about this festival says that Siavosh—the symbol of honesty in Shahnameh (The Book of Kings, written by the legendary Iranian poet, Abolghassem Ferdowsi)—asked his father, Touran Shah, to blaze seven great fires to prove his innocence on the last Tuesday of the year. When Siavosh successfully passed through fires and defended his dignity, Touran Shah set up a great party across the country to honor his son a day later Wednesday.
