Iran freedom rallies held in Canada, Holland

Toronto-canada-300

NCRI – Iranian supporters of the main opposition group People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) living in Canada and Holland rallied over the weekend against human rights abuses and nuclear proliferation by the mullahs’ regime in Iran. They declared their support for the political platform of opposition leader Mrs. Maryam Rajavi.

In The Hague on Saturday, scores of Iranians, supporting the PMOI (MEK) and the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), held a protest outside the Dutch Parliament.

They declared their support for brave teachers and nurses in Iran who recently took part in rallies against the mullahs’ regime.

They reiterated that the regime’s nuclear weapons projects run against the interests of the Iranian people.

In Canada, Iranians rallied in Ottawa, outside the US embassy, and in Toronto, in the city center, on Saturday reiterating their solidarity with Iranian teachers and nurses.

They also demanded United Nations protection for thousands of PMOI members under siege by the Iraqi government at Camp Liberty, Iraq.

They urged the international community to support Mrs. Maryam Rajavi’s 10-point plan for a future free Iran.
