Iran: 60 Operations by Resistance Units in Tehran and 30 Other Cities against the IRGC, Basij, and Other Centers of Suppression
On July 27 and 28, 2026, PMOI Resistance Units carried out 60 operations in Tehran and 30 other cities across Iran, including Mashhad, Shiraz, Isfahan, Yazd, Zahedan, Saveh, Karaj, Kerman, Hamedan, Ilam, Neyshabur, Birjand, Ahvaz, Damavand, Pardis, Kermanshah, Homayoonshahr, Gachsaran, Qaemshahr, Dezful, Iranshahr, Khash, Meshginshahr, Aligudarz, Urmia, Khorramshahr, Bandar Abbas, Bandar Ganaveh, Khaf, and Bushehr.
The centers and institutions of suppression targeted in these operations include:
– Exploding and setting fire to 11 IRGC Basij bases and headquarters in the cities of Damavand, Pardis, Kermanshah, Homayoonshahr, Gachsaran, Qaemshahr, Iranshahr, Meshginshahr, Urmia, and Khorramshahr.
– Targeting and setting fire to Basij centers used for suppressing students in the cities of Kermanshah and Dezful.
– Setting fire to the signs of Ministry of Intelligence (MOIS) branches using Molotov cocktails in the cities of Kermanshah and Bandar Abbas.
– Exploding and setting fire to 3 centers of suppression, namely religious seminaries (‘Hozeh’) used by the regime, in the cities of Kermanshah and Aligudarz.
– Attacking centers of suppression and regime plunder in Khash and Aligudarz.
During this campaign, effigies, banners, and hated posters of Ruhollah Khomeini, Ali Khamenei, Mojtaba Khamenei, Ebrahim Raisi, and Qassem Soleimani were widely set on fire. Slogans such as ‘Long live Iran,’ ‘Death to Khamenei,’ ‘Death to Mojtaba Khamenei,’ ‘Death to the principle of Velayat-e Faqih (absolute clerical rule),’ ‘Hail to Rajavi,’ ‘Hail to Maryam Rajavi,’ ‘By the blood of our compatriots, we stand tall to the end,’ and ‘Long live the National Liberation Army of Iran’ echoed across these cities.
