Elisabetta Zamparutti

Elisabetta Zamparutti is a member of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman and Degrading Treatments (CPT). She is Treasurer of Hands off Cain, the NGO that conceived and led the international campaign for approval of a universal moratorium on capital executions by the UN General Assembly. She is also a former member of the Italian Chamber of Deputies.
