must face justice for four decades of terrorism.

A necessary and deterrent measure against godfather of international terrorism.

  • The European Union must designate the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) as terrorist entities.
  • The Iranian regime’s intelligence agents, and the Quds Force and its mercenaries in European countries must be prosecuted and expelled. Granting political refugee status and nationality to these operatives by the European countries must be considered a red line.
  • European countries must shut down the clerical regime’s embassies and the so-called cultural and religious centers, which are in reality centers to coordinate terrorism and espionage.

Simultaneous with the trial of Assadollah Assadi, the clerical regime’s diplomat terrorist in Belgium, Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), said: The independent and professional investigations by Belgian Judicial authorities are commendable. As these investigations have shown, we are facing a case of organized state terrorism. As such, in addition to those being prosecuted in this court today, the time has time for the Iranian regime’s leaders to be prosecuted as well.

As I emphasized during my seven-hour testimony, the Supreme National Security Council, presided over by Hassan Rouhani, made the decision to bomb the Iranian Resistance’s annual gathering at the Villepinte, and the regime’s Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei approved it. Khamenei, Rouhani, Javad Zarif, and the mullahs’ Intelligence Minister Mahmoud Alavi must face justice for decades of crimes and terrorism.

As far as the use of terrorism as a tool of statecraft is concerned, it was again confirmed that there is no distinction between the regime’s agencies, such as the foreign and intelligence ministries or the offices of Khamenei and Rouhani. When the regime’s diplomat-terrorist, Assadollah Assadi, was arrested, Zarif, who was personally involved in this terrorist plot, made the ridiculous claim that this was a “false flag” operation to absolve Assadi of responsibility and blame the victims for this crime.

Today, far beyond just this particular court, the entirety of the regime is being prosecuted before the world’s conscience, especially the people of Europe. The European Union and member states whose territories have become the roaming grounds for terrorism by the religious fascism ruling Iran are being judged by the court of public opinion to end the policy of silence vis-à-vis the regime’s terrorism and adopt a decisive policy towards Iran’s medieval regime.

The Iranian regime’s leaders must be prosecuted and face justice. This is an imperative and deterrent step to counter the godfather of international terrorism in our time.

The European Union must designate the entirety of the Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) and the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps (IRGC) as terrorist entities.

The Iranian regime’s intelligence agents, and the Quds Force and its mercenaries in European countries must be prosecuted and expelled. Granting political refugee status and nationality to these operatives by the European countries must be considered a red line as it would pave the path for further terrorism.

European countries must shut down the clerical regime’s embassies and the so-called cultural and religious centers, which are in reality centers to coordinate terrorism and espionage.
