NCRI – The Iranian regime's media outlets have reported that, while speaking at the start of today's Majlis (parliament) session, the Speaker of the mullahs’ Majlis, Ali Larijani, praised the Iraqi government's attack against Camp Ashraf and said: “Although this action by the Iraqi government has been long overdue but it is praiseworthy.”

Buoyed by the crimes committed by the Iraqi government and its Prime Minister, Nouri al-Maliki, against Camp Ashraf, Larijani added, “It is subject for amazement that after all the experiences of the past, the West again was foolishly delighted during the recent events after witnessing a few limited acts in Tehran. Their politicians hastily came to the scene and lost ground in the face of the influential remarks of Ayatollah Khamenei [the mullahs’ Supreme Leader]. These instructive experiences must suffice for the West to comprehend the power of the clergy, religious guides and the state’s leader, and to avoid investing in illusions after all these years.”

At the same time, the clerical regime's notorious Ministry of Intelligence and Security (MOIS) described the Iraqi government's crimes in its official website as "a courageous and decisive initiative to control the camp of the terrorist group Mojahedin.” It also cheered “the killing of 4 Monafeqin [the derogatory term used by the regime to refer to the PMOI]” by al-Maliki.

The positions taken by the speaker of the regimes Majlis and the notorious ministry of torture and murder (MOIS) clearly expose the scope of al-Maliki’s services to the religious dictatorship ruling Iran when it comes to suppression of the Iranian nation and overcoming of the regime’s internal crisis.
