The regime’s judiciary: The reasons for Amir Ali’s execution were attacking “security-preserving” forces, setting fire to a State Security Force (SSF) motorcycle, and burning the Basij base in the Gholhak Mosque.
- Mrs. Maryam Rajavi warns the mullahs and the IRGC that they will be held accountable for these daily executions and unsparing bloodshed.
On the morning of Tuesday, April 21, the courageous rebellious youth Amir Ali Mirjafari, a 24-year-old student and computer technician who had been arrested during the January uprising, was hanged by the henchmen of the mullahs’ regime in Tehran. Prior to this, three brave rebellious youths from Qom were executed on March 19, and four other rebellious youths from the Nezamabad district of Tehran were executed by the regime’s henchmen in April.
According to the regime’s judiciary, “Following the violent and armed riots of January 2026, Amir Ali Mirjafari was identified and arrested by the IRGC Intelligence Organization. As one of the leaders of the enemy’s collaborative network, he played an effective role in destroying public property and anti-security actions” and engaged in “carrying cold weapons, possessing incendiary materials, playing a leading role, blocking thoroughfares by burning trash cans, and directing anti-security gatherings.” Setting fire to the Basij base in the Gholhak Mosque was among the other charges brought against this executed rebellious youth.
The regime’s judiciary, in its usual and repetitive manner, wrote that Amir Ali “was sentenced to death on charges of acting against national security through cooperation with the Zionist regime, the hostile government of America, and other antagonistic groups.” Out of 22 other defendants in this case, “eight individuals have been sentenced to more than 10 years in prison, and 14 others to less than 10 years in prison, along with supplementary punishments.”
The ruling clerical regime in Iran continues its relentless bloodshed.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), strongly condemned the brutal and inhumane execution of courageous rebellious youths, which has become a daily routine for the ruling mullahs. She warned the mullahs and the IRGC that they will be held accountable for this unsparing bloodshed. She stated that the mullahs ruling Iran will reap no benefit from these atrocities, as such crimes only fuel the flames of the people’s anger and strengthen the resolve of the rebellious youths to overthrow the regime.
Mrs. Rajavi once again called on the United Nations Security Council and its member states to categorically condemn the wave of political executions, take immediate action to save the lives of prisoners on death row, and secure the release of political prisoners in Iran.
