Sen. Cruz, Colleagues Introduce Bill to Allow American Victims of Terrorism to Sue International Organizations Supporting Terrorists
WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and colleagues introduced the LIABLE Act, which removes immunity from, and allows suits against, international organizations that provide material support to designated terror groups which commit terrorism against Americans.
Upon introduction, Sen. Cruz said, “The United Nations Relief and Works Agency officials have for decades knowingly provided support to Hamas terrorists, including salaries and materials. That support facilitated Hamas’s terrorist attack on October 7th, which was the worst one-day massacre of Jews since the Holocaust and included the murder and kidnapping of dozens of Americans. Those victims and their families deserve the ability to hold UNRWA accountable, and the LIABLE Act would give them that opportunity.”

Speech at the Conference in the Italian Parliament: The Necessity of a Sound Policy
Maryam Rajavi’s speech: “I believe we are all in agreement that the crisis in Iran has never been as intense and turbulent as it is today—and never before has it posed such grave consequences for the people of Iran, for the region, and for the world at large. Over the past year, this warmongering regime has lost its grip over Syria and Lebanon, and it stands weaker than ever. Inside the country, it is surrounded by the fury and hatred of the people and by a continuous protest movement that is determined to bring about its overthrow.
“To preserve its rule, the regime seeks to rely on executions, heightened repression, and the expansion of its nuclear weapons program. According to official statistics, the regime executed 1,150 individuals in the Persian year 1403 (March 20, 2024–March 20, 2025).”
Newly Released Audio Tape Reveals Untold Truths about the 1988 Massacre of PMOI Prisoners
On Monday, April 14, 2025, a second audio file of Ayatollah Hossein Ali Montazeri, concerning his meeting in January 1989 with members of the “Death Committee,” was released. At the time, Montazeri was the apparent successor to Iranian regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini. The Death Committee was a group of regime officials tasked with the mass execution of political prisoners in the summer of 1988.
The new audio tape, which is only a portion of Ayatollah Montazeri’s second meeting with the Death Committee and has parts deleted, reveals further dimensions of the genocide targeting the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and executions of members of other political groups, ordered by the regime’s founder Ruhollah Khomeini. It serves as clear testimony to the historical steadfastness of the PMOI members in their principles and the righteousness of the just revolutionary resistance against the mullahs’ regime.

The Dire Condition of Female Political Prisoners in Iran – Part 2
Forough Taghipour, 30, a graduate in accounting, is one of hundreds of young Iranian women who have spent their youth behind the towering walls of Qarchak and Evin prisons, simply for their beliefs, political views, and chosen path. Yet, her name is not just another file in a political prisoner registry. Forough is a human face, a luminous voice rising from the shadow of repression, refusing to be silenced.
In a letter written from inside Evin Prison on International Women’s Day, Forough reflects not in metaphors but in lived realities: “Since childhood, I was familiar with the word ‘prison’… Before I was born, my parents each spent years behind the walls that, in my childish imagination, were just ‘black, black walls.’ My uncle and two aunts were executed in their thirties.”
