Iran’s Military Supply Line to Houthi Terrorists Exposed by Dissident Group

Fox-News

FIRST ON FOX – An exiled Iranian resistance group has uncovered damning evidence showing top regime officials’ direct involvement in supporting the Houthis in their attacks against ships in the Red Sea.

Fox News Digital reviewed evidence provided by The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) that claims to show how the Iranian-backed terror proxy based in northern Yemen is supplied by Tehran. The Houthis have conducted more than 50 attacks targeting ships traversing the Red Sea and the Gulf of Aden since Oct. 7.

The MEK noted several methods and locations that the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps-Qods Force (IRGC-QF) uses to ship a variety of weaponry, including drones, cruise missiles, ballistic missiles, anti-ship mines, radar equipment and communication systems, to the Houthis. They noted that some of the missiles in the Houthis’ possession are manufactured by the Aerospace Industries Organization, which has been sanctioned by the U.S. Treasury Department.

The Legacy of PMOI’s Founders

pmoi founders

June 25th marks the 52nd anniversary of the martyrdom of the founders of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), Mohammad Hanifnejad, Saeed Mohsen, and Asghar Badizadegan, along with two PMOI Central Committee members, Mahmoud Asgarizadeh and Rasoul Meshkinfam.

Less than seven years after its founding, the PMOI lost its founders. But five decades later, the movement is stronger than ever, with members and supporters across the country and the globe. June 25th is a significant day in the history of the PMOI, and indeed in the history of the Iranian people’s struggle. The sacrifices they made paved the way for generations of PMOI members and supporters who followed them.

The Criterion of True Alternatives to Iran’s Regime

On the internet, we witness a lively and dynamic scene of political, social, professional, and cultural activities by Iranians. A considerable portion of these diverse activities is devoted to the struggle against the mullahs’ dictatorship and sheds light on the regime’s crimes and corruption. When we consider many of these valuable activities together, we arrive at a collection that is happening in parallel but lacks the characteristics of an alternative. For example, many articles, speeches, interviews, and podcasts are published with the theme of exposing and shedding light on the crimes, but their totality does not possess the character and features of an alternative that would pose a real challenge to the regime.

In a recent debate aired on Iranian state media, sociologists Dr. Ahmad Bokharai and Dr. Mohsen Redadi provided a stark assessment of the rapidly declining social capital of the Iranian regime. Their candid remarks shed light on the chaotic state of affairs and the deep-rooted problems plaguing the Islamic Republic.

According to Dr. Bokharai, a member of the academic faculty and director of the Sociology Department at an Iranian university, “Iranian society is semi-authoritarian, and in such a society, we cannot talk about social capital.” He cited several indicators, including low voter turnout, eroding trust in institutions, and declining life satisfaction, as evidence of Iran’s dwindling social capital.

Bokharai identified 25 factors contributing to this decline, ranging from the influence of global culture and the erosion of values to self-centeredness, a weak educational system, and a decline in mental health.
