NCRI – A key mullah in the Iranian regime warned on Saturday that “if the regime does not think of a cure we may face the destiny of those regimes that were overthrown.”
Speaking at a gathering of in Tehran, mullah Hamid Rowhani, the director of Foundation for Research on Iranian History said “Ahmadinejad is on the path to his fall” and “he has doubts about continuing on the path of the leader,” Ali Khamenei.”
Rowhani said “if we are to save” the regime “we should have special respect for velayat-e faqih (Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei).”
“Those who believe in the system [the regime] must choose [a president in upcoming election] from among themselves to get rid of the current rift” within the regime, he added.
