Iran: Coronavirus Death Toll Reaches 8,200 in 200 Cities
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced this afternoon, March 20, 2020, that the number of Coronavirus fatalities has exceeded, 8,200 in 200 cities across Iran. The number of victims in Tehran is at least 1,300, in Khorasan Razavi 800, in Isfahan 660, in West Azerbaijan 350, Kermanshah 240, and in Fars 200.

Iran is Using Coronavirus as a Weapon Against Political Prisoners
It was recently reported that a number of political prisoners in Iran had gone on hunger strike in order to protest their continued, arbitrary detention during a coronavirus epidemic that has potentially infected a million Iranians since the start of the year. The hunger strikes represent the continuation of activist pressure that began last month with letters from the families of various political prisoners, urging the judiciary to grant them furlough in order to limit the spread of COVID-19.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?
Saturday, March 21, 2020, marks the 128th day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.
The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 755 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
