NCRI – The state-run Tasnim news agency affiliated to terrorist Quds force on Wednesday, September 27, in a factional feud a clash of Iranian regime’s various bands revealed the plundering and pillage by the regime officials and extensive construction of villas in northern Iran.
The state-owned news agency in a report titled “Empty houses of 7,000 government directors in a northern village,” wrote: “The news is shocking and disgraceful, senior government executives, including managers who should be observing natural resources and landowners, are the main accused of destroying the northern areas of the country.”
“They buy their own land in the most pristine and virgin parts of the Northern provinces and build villas. The case that was opened in parliament two years ago and was talked about in hidden, now opened up with numbers and figures. Representative of Amol city (north of Iran) says in the col and village of Heyran, 38 villas reached 500 villas and in the village of Zirarat of Gorgan city, which had six houses altogether they built 7,000 villas! Who? Top managers of the country!”
“The disappearance of forest and agricultural lands and the development of the building have caused the colorful villas to replace these green lands. The process of unauthorized construction has, on the one hand, increased the number of judiciary cases and, on the other hand, the conversion and change of land use has caused a lot of damage to our national capitals,” the news agency added.
According to Tasnim, some individuals and organizations have used the gaps in the administrative system by bypassing regulatory agencies and with the persistence of their violations to gain astronomical assets. In this regard, the representative of the tenth parliament said: “Most of the land speculations in the village of Ziarat and col of Heyran have been done by natural resources officials and regulatory agencies while these institutions must observe and deal with speculation.”
Member of Iran regime parliament, Youssefian Mola, added: “People expect that if the regulatory agencies and authorities themselves speculate the lands, they would be dealt with seriously, but officials do not pay attention to these issues.”
The government source also admitted: “The reverse migration from the cities to the livelihoods and good climates villages by wealthy people, on one hand, and inefficiency and co-operation of some responsible officials, on the other hand, has turned the debate on these issues into a dilemma that it takes many years and high cost to investigate and address these cases.
The state-run Tasnim news agency confesses that the responsible authorities and abusive individuals, using rents and administrative bureaucracy, have practically circumvent the law and exploited the legal holes to plunder the national treasury.
“In this regard, the lack of a certificate of ownership, the provision of services to unauthorized construction and the failure to decisively deal with the perpetrators and plunderers of national treasury have led to the expansion of land speculation with golden signatures,” the news agency reported.
