The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) announced on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, that the Coronavirus death toll in 547 cities had exceeded 460,800. In Tehran, the death toll has reached 107,906, Isfahan 31,280, Khuzestan 28,255, Mazandaran 16,990, West Azerbaijan 16,908, Fars 16,755, East Azerbaijan 16,068, Gilan 16,085, Alborz 13,583, Golestan 10,200, Kermanshah 8,409, Kurdistan 7,387, Ardabil 5,770, Qazvin 5,224, and Zanjan 4,390.
