Pompeo Accuses Biden Administration Of Having ‘Soft Spot’ For Iran Amid Houthi Attacks
Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo accused the Biden administration of having a “soft spot” for Iran amid the Houthi rebels attacking merchant vessels in the Red Sea.
Pompeo, who has been critical of President Biden’s foreign policy course, said the current administration’s approach towards Tehran stems from the Obama administration and that it is not possible to negotiate with the Middle Eastern country.
“The Biden administration has this soft spot for Iran,” Pompeo said Sunday in an interview with radio talk show host John Catsimatidis on WABC 770 AM’s “Cats Roundtable.” “Since the very beginning. It’s something that came from the Obama team.”

Following Embezzlement Confession by Khamenei’s Rep in Tehran, Calls for Resignation Intensify
Following Kazem Sadeghi’s confession to embezzling an astonishing sum of 1,000 billion tomans from the Ozgol Gardens, calls for his resignation as one of Tehran’s Friday prayer leaders have intensified.
“I confess that the establishment of a negligent institution took place, and this negligence was from my side. I was not aware of the members of the institution, and I seek forgiveness from God for this negligence,” Kazem Sadeghi said on March 30.
The exposure of his corruption has sparked widespread outrage and demands for accountability, highlighting the pervasive nature of corruption within the regime’s ranks.
Rahmatollah Bigdeli, a member of the regime’s religious seminary, called for Sadeghi’s resignation, declaring, “Kazem Sadeghi must resign from all his positions and retire.”
Additionally, Ali Mojtahedzadeh, a state-affiliated judiciary lawyer, posted on X, “Mr. Sadeghi, as the head of the Azgol religious seminary complex, bears the greatest responsibility. Whether he apologizes or not, the demand for his resignation is undeniable.”

PMOI Resistance Units In Zahedan Reiterate Calls For Freedom And Democracy
People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI) Resistance Units in Zahedan have once again voiced their unyielding commitment to the overthrow of the mullahs’ regime, aiming to pave the way for the establishment of freedom and democracy in Iran. This stance was prominently displayed through a series of placards held following the Friday prayers on March 29, sending a strong message not only to the authorities in Iran but also to the international community observing the unfolding events.
The placards, emblematic of the protestors’ demands and aspirations, bore messages of defiance and hope. One such message read, “We are in war with the shah and mullahs,” symbolizing a historical continuity of resistance against authoritarian rule in Iran, from the Shah’s era to the current rule of the mullahs. Another placard declared, “The spring of freedom with the liberation army,” celebrating Nowruz with a commitment to bringing freedom to Iran through nationwide uprisings and organized resistance.
Senior Iranian Official Reveals The Truth of The Regime’s Elections
The effects of the mass boycott of the Iranian regime’s recent elections are becoming increasingly evident. One example is the remarks of the Friday Prayer leader Ahmad Alamolhoda, the representative of Iranian regime supreme leader Ali Khamenei in Mashhad. Recently Alamolhoda tried to downplay and alleviate the psychologically debilitating effects of the nationwide boycott on the regime forces.
On March 19, the state-run Entekhab news website quoted him as saying, “In Islam, the majority is not automatically accepted… Among them, the accepted majority is the religious and devout majority, not the sinful and rebellious majority. Therefore, there is no place for the majority who did not act according to the orders and commands of the leadership regarding participation in the elections.”
Iran’s Nuclear Program: Deepening Concerns and a Stalled Agreement
A recent report by the Institute for Science and International Security (ISIS) raises fresh alarms about Iran’s nuclear program. The report, based on satellite imagery analysis, reveals that Iran has completed the construction of tunnels for a deeply buried nuclear facility near Natanz. This underground complex, potentially invulnerable to airstrikes, could house enrichment halls for producing weapons-grade uranium.
Iran claims this new site is simply a replacement for a similar above-ground facility destroyed by Israel in 2020. However, experts believe the new location could be up to 150 meters deep, exceeding the depth of Iran’s existing Fordow enrichment plant. This raises concerns that Iran might be building a clandestine enrichment facility, further blurring the lines of its nuclear ambitions.
IAEA Director Warns About Lack of Transparency in Iran’s Nuclear Program
The Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency has once again criticized the Iranian regime’s further restriction of IAEA inspectors’ access to its nuclear activities, saying that the nuclear deal known as the JCPOA has practically been abandoned and Iran’s nuclear capabilities are no longer the same as they were ten years ago. On March 30, Rafael Grossi told PBS that despite a recent report by the agency indicating a reduction in Iran’s stockpile of highly enriched uranium, the overall trend is an increase in nuclear materials with very high enrichment levels.
In February, Reuters reported that the IAEA had informed its members that Iran’s storage of 60% enriched uranium continues to grow, but its pace has slowed in recent months.
