Young Men Flogged in Public in Northeastern Iran For Theft

The public flogging sentences for two men were carried out today in the city of Golbahar in northeast Iran.

A Judicial Official in the province announced the public punishment saying that the flogging sentences of two young men convicted of theft were carried out in public in the city of Golbahar. In his comments carried by the state-run media, Golbahar Public and Revolutionary Prosecutor said that the men were eached flogged 74 times.
Golbahar is located 35 km northwest of Mashhad.

Iran: Coronavirus Catastrophe: Death Toll Exceeds 146,500

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI / MEK) announced on Saturday, November 7, 2020, that Coronavirus has taken the lives of more than 146,500 in 462 cities across Iran. The death toll in various provinces include: 35,531 in Tehran, 10,973 in Khorasan Razavi, 8,199 in Isfahan, 6,288 in Lorestan, 6,272 in Mazandaran, 5,212 in East Azerbaijan, 4,447 in West Azerbaijan, 4,055 in Alborz, 3,893 in Fars, 3,876 in Golestan, 3,835 in Hamedan, 3,761 in Sistan and Baluchistan, 3,218 in Kermanshah, 2,477 in Markazi (Central), 2,421 in Yazd, 2,357 in Kerman, 2,282 in Semnan, 1,497 in Qazvin, 1,226 in South Khorasan.

WHAT ARE THE IRAN PROTESTS OF 2019?

Sunday, November 8, 2020, marks the 352nd day since the beginning of the nationwide Iran protests.

The People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) has identified 828 of the more than 1500 protesters killed by the regime so far.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) has called on the United Nations to urgently send an international fact-finding mission to Iranian prisons to meet with the detainees.
