According to Hamshahri Online, he said: “When you hire a nurse as an 89-day force after 5 years of education and training, and when you just pay them 15,000 tomans per hour and keep them on “temporarily status” until they get older than their recruitment age, then it perfectly makes sense that they leave as soon as they receive better offers from another country that has all the facilities at their disposal.”
He added: “It costs more than one billion tomans to train a nursing expert. Therefore, we must not allow our forces to be easily lost; The same is true for doctors.”

Those who are educated, who all talk about science and civilization, let them go.”
